On our second day we headed back to Magic Kingdom. We started off the day meeting Pinnochio. Ava and Harrison LOVED meeting the characters. There was NO fear at all and Ava quickly learned how to get her autograph book ready. Aunt Polly bought Ava an autograph book before we left so she was set! We went to Mickey and Minnie's house and as we were leaving Minnie's a Disney worker told us to enter into another building because there was a meet and greet with a short line. I grabbed Ava and her book and we went to the line. We were not sure who we would see.... we waited in a hallway and when it was close to our turn we were escorted into a room where Cinderella, Aurora and Beauty were all waiting for us! It was incredible. Ava got one on one time with each princess. They signed her book, posed for pictures and asked her questions about who her favorite princess is and where she is from. She asked Cinderella if she had fed the mice that morning and she said that she had just fed the animals and that Jack (the mouse) was especially hungry that day. It was priceless! After that magical meet and greet we went out to the gift shop were Ava purchased a beautiful princess picture frame (with the money from Grandad) so remember her special time. She also chose a large frosted rose cupcake from their little bakery shelf and of course devoured all the icing first! Needless to say, Ava and I were on cloud 9.
We took the kids to ride on the Buzz Lightyear ride and Harrison went crazy over Buzz. I think that might be his new favorite character. We rode on a ride where you can shoot a laser gun and spin your spaceship around and he had the best time.
