I really can't think of the perfect description of the hotel we stayed in to celebrate our 9th anniversary. It was fabulous and it smelled like an Aveda salon. What more could you want? We stayed 2 nights at the Marriot Grand Bohemian hotel in Asheville N,C. Someone KINDLY shared his Marriot points with us. Thank you Mitchell!! When we arrived we actually drove into the hotel. No, really. It was paved in brick, with huge chandeliers overhead, and curtains that flocked each side of the entry. And of course there was a valet... we were living the good life! I loved the decor and it was so tastefully done. Even the stuffed boar in the lobby looked good mixed in with oversized leather chairs and the crystal chandeliers. Our hotel was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
