Yes, it is true. I will get Mitch to tell you about it...So...we go to Costco and buy this "mattress in a Box" which they said they would help me load it but when I told them I was going to put it on the roof rack of the CRV, they told me they cannot help with that because of a law suit I'm sure. Instead, I was able to lift in it the truck, strap it down, then tie the door half closed...it worked, we got it home. We unwrapped it and cut the bag and it started hissing as the vacuum sealed mattress unfolded. Sure enough, it was queen size, 12 inch thick, and very heavy. We are very impressed so far. If we don't like it Costco said we can return it, with no time limit. Jokingly, the lady said we had to get it back in the box!
