Yes, as you can see we are blessed with lots of celebrating!! Ava opened gifts from family as soon as she woke up. She has been asking me for a scarf, "one that is for fashion, mom". That girl does enjoy a good accessory! She got some new books, a diary, clothes, and lots of sweet gifts. Later that day Harrison and I went up to the school to share miniature pink cupcakes with her class. While we were there we could not miss out on peeking at the baby chicks that are living in her classroom. What a great hands-on activity for the kids. They all really enjoyed watching the chicks hatch and mature. Another reason we are so thankful for her school. Happy birthday Ava! We love you!
