Mitch joined us for the last part of the week. We took the kids to a hotel for one night. It was 15 minutes from home and we used hotel points! We ate at Chuy's, went swimming, and watched Yogi Bear in our hotel room that night. We had a blast! We went to the Manager's Reception and the kids had their very first Shirley Temple drinks. They thought they were oh so fancy! And notice Ava with two pairs of flip flops... when I asked her why she packed two pairs she said "mom, I wanted to have choices". Like mother, like daughter!!!!!! We even let the kids go to the gift shop to choose a souvenir and they found these cute little friends. Even though it was only for 1 night... we made some awesome memories!
