A clever friend told me about a free club at a local bookstore for girls and their American Girl Dolls. Ava got her very first miniature doll, Elizabeth, when we were in NY. We met up with about 60 girls and their dolls to have tea, make an ornament and sing Christmas carols. Ava was a little overwhelmed by the crowd and we got to see a lovely meltdown by another girl... but we still had fun!
